Return & Exchange Policy

At The Stuff Factory, we strive to deliver only top-quality products. Due to high operational costs, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped.

However, we do provide an exchange option in the following cases:

  • If you face size issues

  • If you wish to switch to a different model

Exchange Process

  • We use a third-party pickup service for exchanges, which involves a ₹350 pickup charge.

  • Once your shipment is picked up, we will immediately ship your replacement product. No additional shipping charges will be applied for sending the replacement.

  • During pickup, you must:

    • Hand over the product to the pickup agent.

    • Ensure the product is in the same brand box as provided.

    • Make a short video showing your name on the package and the handover process.

    • The pickup agent will carry a security poly bag in which the product will be sealed in front of you to avoid any tampering or theft.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Items sent back to us without following the above process will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not available, only exchanges.
